1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing or using the FUGITIVEZ website, mobile application or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Eligibility You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Our Services FUGITIVEZ provides technology designed to assist dog owners, rescuers, accommodation hosts and the community through features including biometric nose print identification, lost dog reporting, reminders, bookings and related services.

4. No Guarantee of Reunification FUGITIVEZ provides technology designed to assist in identifying and reuniting lost dogs; however, reunification cannot be guaranteed. Biometric matching is an assistance tool only and should not be relied upon as the sole method of identification.

5. User Responsibilities Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of all information, reports, photographs, reviews and other content submitted to the platform.

6. Payments All payments are securely processed by Stripe. FUGITIVEZ does not collect, store or process payment card or banking information.

7. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the user through the relevant app store. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and partial subscription periods are not refunded.

8. Accommodation Bookings Accommodation Hosts operate independently and determine their own booking, cancellation and refund policies. FUGITIVEZ is not responsible for accommodation refunds, disputes or property-related matters.

9. Third-Party Services FUGITIVEZ integrates with services including Stripe, Apple, Google, Apple Maps, Google Maps and Wix. Their services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Veterinary & Emergency Disclaimer FUGITIVEZ does not provide veterinary, emergency, rescue or law enforcement services. Users should contact the appropriate emergency service, veterinarian or authority where required.

11. Availability We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUGITIVEZ is not liable for loss, damage, injury, data loss, service interruption, inaccurate information, third-party conduct, accommodation issues, payment processing issues or failure to reunite a dog. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Indemnity You agree to indemnify FUGITIVEZ against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.

14. Suspension FUGITIVEZ may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

15. Changes We may update these Terms or modify services from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FUGITIVEZ Pty Ltd, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
